Japan: Biggest Reputation has become its trouble.

The image of people of Japan is as the hardest people in the world. But the same hard work is taking his life in such a way that the government has become disturbed.

Amiko Ternasi's husband was a manager in a Tokyo restaurant Some time ago he committed suicide. Earlier, for several years, his life had run on the same path. Work 15 hours a day and take a day off in a month. This excessive stress of work took his life.

The problem of a large population of Japan is the same as the Amico. It is said that due to excessive work, nearly 20,000 people die every year in Japan. There the National Police Agency said that in the 30,000 incidents of suicide that took place in 2011, there were ten thousand reasons for which there was a strain in employment. For such deaths, there is a word of Karoshi. It means that the excessive death of work is dead.

Because of the long working hours, the number of people physically and mentally ill are increasing rapidly. The incidence of a heart attack from suicidal has become commonplace.

The latest news related to this came at the beginning of this month. The labor department here has confirmed that the same train doctor named Aya Kimoto, who was posted in Niigata town last year, was suffering from this disease. Family members have alleged that this doctor was overtime in excess of 250 hours in a month. According to a survey, more than 90 percent of the workers in the country do overtime.

Japan is the only country in the world that has caught the bomb of atom bombs. But after recovering from the terrible catastrophe, the people of Karmalas made their country an economic powerhouse within two decades of the end of the Second World. The world believes the hard work of Japanese people. But this hard work has now become a problem for Japan. Because of the long working hours, the number of people physically and mentally ill are increasing rapidly. The incidence of heart attack from suicidal has become commonplace.

Indeed, in Japan, it has become a belief that if people do not work too hard then the economy will not be able to move ahead. The economy is currently facing a recession and people feel that they need to do even more work. The problem is that since 2004, the population of Japan has started to decline and at the moment it is at the top of the list of countries where the number of elderly people is fastest growing.

In Japan, 22 percent of the population is over 65 years of age. It is being said that by 2060, the population of the population will decrease from about 13 million today to 9 crore, in which 40 percent will be people over 65 years of age. Since the working population is decreasing along with the population, therefore people who are in the working age have to work more. This is the reason that Karoshi has become a big problem.

Besides the population, the working population is also decreasing, so the people who are in working age have to work more. This is the reason that Karoshi has become a big problem.

The Japanese government is working on two ways to deal with this problem. First, he is taking several steps to encourage population growth. For this work he has created a separate ministry which has taken several steps like giving financial assistance to unemployed couples who have created children.

Second, the government is trying to reduce the pressure of work on people. He has changed the law, under which employees will have to take two weeks' fixed holidays in a year. At the moment half of the employees take advantage of this facility. Government employees are being told that they should come to work early in the morning and go early in the evening. This is being done so that people can spend more time with their family. The government is going to create another law, under which people will not get overtime, whose salaries are good.

Will this improve the situation? Many people do not think so. They believe that such laws will not make any difference because they have very little comfort. They believe that the Japanese government should ask corporate companies to change their working culture, which is willing to do anything for the competition.
